Anxiety counseling is designed to help you overcome fear, stress, and an overwhelming sense of worry. Symptoms of anxiety are different for each person. Learning strategies and skills to cope with panic and other symptoms of anxiety is part of the work I do with clients who present with this concern.
I strive to provide an honest and open environment where you can explore your thoughts ,emotions, and behavior, while you develop skills to cope with anxiety.
Trauma counseling can help you overcome the effects of traumatic events. Using evidence-based techniques to help you heal from the psychological impact of trauma, including PTSD, and grief. I work to provide a safe and authentic connection where you can explore your experiences and develop strategies to move forward. Finding a space to find meaning and acceptance for loss is a key part of grief work, starting therapy to help move through the transition of loss takes courage.
The number of situations associated with parenting and families is endless, but common conflicts can include divorce/ co-parenting, history of trauma, such as domestic violence, being a single parent, coping with blended family issues, challenges with different parenting styles, that can bring about stress and anxiety. Counseling can provide a pathway to improved parenting and overall better family relationships.

Coaching is offered to help you achieve your personal and professional goals through guiding you to create change for yourself. Coaching is designed to help you identify your strengths, overcome obstacles, and achieve success in the areas of your life that you are ready to grow.
